We hate spam!

We spend all day online, mostly working with email, and spam is the biggest problem we face each day. We will never do anything to propagate the problem, so you can feel secure that any information you provide to us, will stay with us, forever.

During the inquiry and reservation process, we will gather some information from you, such as your email address, phone number, etc. That information stays with us. We will not call you, unless you ask us to, all contact will be via email, unless the situation requires a phone call, in which case, we will usually ask you to call us.

If you decide not to book an Adventure by Disney with Mouse Guides, we will hold onto your info, but we will not share that information with anyone for any reason, and under most circumstances, you will not receive anything from us in the future.

If you do book an Adventure by Disney, we will share appropriate information with Disney, but only what is required for you to have an excellent adventure.

See, pretty simple! We don’t want our info spread out the internet, so we won’t spread yours.

Mouse Guides was born out of need. While technically a part of Mouseketrips, a fantastic Disney Travel Agency if we must say so, it really did not fit in with Mouseketrips’ identity. You see, Mouseketrips only does Disney travel, so Walt Disney World, Disneyland and the Disney Cruise. When Disney announced Adventures by Disney, we figured it was just another Disney product (it has Disney in the name after all). What we have found out is that it really isn’t. Yes, it took us 2 years to figure it out, but we finally did. A family looking for a Disneyland vacation isn’t suddenly apt to spend 10 times as much to take their family to Europe on a guided tour. 

Mouseketrips has been in business for over 7 years now, and is recognized as an “Authorized Disney Vacation Planner”. We are one of Disney Travel’s brightest young stars, the Zac Efron of Disney Travel if you wish.

In the end, we felt that Adventures by Disney was worthy of it’s own website, as well as it’s own agency, of sorts. You will work with the same great people over at Mouseketrips, but all the information you need on Adventures by Disney is here, in it’s own place, none of that Mickey Mouse stuff getting in the way.

We love Adventures by Disney, and have personally been on several of them. We hope to see more in our near future. We are extremely familiar with Adventures by Disney through personal experience and feedback from past clients who have booked with Mouseketrips. We have been to almost all the cities Adventures visits, either on an Adventure or through our own travels. Please feel free to ask us any questions you might have, we are always happy to help.

We handle each inquiry individually, and try to get every option that you have requested, as well as others we may think of that you might be interested in. Each requests take a bit of work and time to process, so please be patient.

During business hours, we usually get back to you pretty quickly, usually in less than 2 hours, sometimes sooner. If you get to us on a weekend, holiday or at night, it might not be until the next business day that we can get back to you. Sharing your experiences with Adventures by Disney is an extremely helpful way for those who might be interested in taking an Adventure to get a first hand experience with someone in their own shoes. We can tell you that they are great and all, but nothing is as helpful as others telling them what you liked and disliked about your Adventure(s).

A fantastic website full of great Adventures by Disney information is wonderful and all, but sometimes you just need something tangible in your hands to read to make it feel real. Maybe even a DVD to watch with further information about what actually goes on during an Adventure. Well, we have both for you, in one package. Adventures by Disney produces a fantastic brochure, full of in depth information about all their tours. It also includes a DVD with further information, full of photos and videos of actual Adventure Guides and guests.

Feel free to order your family a brochure. We will mail it out to you, along with some information about Mouse Guides. We usually ship them out the day we receive the request, so it should take less than a week to get to you.

Please note, we can only mail to US addresses at this time. If you are outside the US, please feel free to fill in the request, and we will see what we can do to get you a brochure.

If you really don’t need a brochure, but were looking for information about making a reservation, you might be in the wrong place. Head on over to your Reservations form, and we will get an email right back to you with the information you are looking for.
