Thank you for looking into an Adventures by Disney with Mouse Guides. We love Adventures by Disney, they really are a trip of a lifetime. We handle each inquiry individually, and try to get every option that you have requested, as well as others we may think of that you might be interested in. Each requests take a bit of work and time to process, so please be patient.
During business hours, we usually get back to you pretty quickly, usually in less than 2 hours, sometimes sooner. If you get to us on a weekend, holiday or at night, it might not be until the next business day that we can get back to you. We will try our best to get you the information you have requested in a timely manner.
If you are concerned about any information you are giving us, please feel free to read our privacy policy first.

Once the form is submitted, we will reply back to you via email (we will not call you), and in the email, we will provide you with a toll-free number where you can call us if you would rather talk to a live person than email back and forth. Totally up to you.

Submit an Adventures by Disney review
Sharing your experiences with Adventures by Disney is an extremely helpful way for those who might be interested in taking an Adventure to get a first hand experience with someone in their own shoes. We can tell you that they are great and all, but nothing is as helpful as others telling them what you liked and disliked about your Adventure(s).
Please feel free to fill out as much information as possible below. Please note we will not keep your contact information, and will not share anything personal with the guests of Mouse Guides. We will receive your review, post the appropriate information on the Adventure page, and then we will discard the information given. Please refer to existing Adventures by Disney reviews to get an idea of what we disclose (very little).

Adventures by Disney Brochure Request
A fantastic website full of great Adventures by Disney information is wonderful and all, but sometimes you just need something tangible in your hands to read to make it feel real. Maybe even a DVD to watch with further information about what actually goes on during an Adventure. Well, we have both for you, in one package. Adventures by Disney produces a fantastic brochure, full of in depth information about all their tours. It also includes a DVD with further information, full of photos and videos of actual Adventure Guides and guests.
Feel free to order your family a brochure. We will mail it out to you, along with some information about Mouse Guides. We usually ship them out the day we receive the request, so it should take less than a week to get to you.
Please note, we can only mail to US addresses at this time. If you are outside the US, please feel free to fill in the request, and we will see what we can do to get you a brochure.
If you really don’t need a brochure, but were looking for information about making a reservation, you might be in the wrong place. Head on over to your Reservations form, and we will get an email right back to you with the information you are looking for.
